Control Plan for Villas

The intelligent control system considered in the villa has a variety of functions, including:

Lighting
Dimming or switching the lights; The 'programmable control panel' on the wall allows you to adjust the brightness or color of the light. On the 'control panel' at the bedside of the master bedroom, it is possible to turn on all villa lights with one click and turn off all lights with one click (excluding night lights). It is recommended to use MP's dual control switch control module, which can be combined with traditional seesaw to control the switch of lighting fixtures, as well as remotely check the lighting status or control the lighting through the system or mobile phone. The real-time current detection value of each circuit can be seen on the phone. If a light is broken, the MP intelligent system will automatically notify the owner via email. This dual control system has an effective service life of up to several decades, which is also not available in other manufacturers' intelligent systems.

Opening/closing/stopping of curtains. Some window curtains may be double layered (inner and outer), and each motor needs to consider two switch control circuits (forward and reverse);

There are two situations for audio control: without using a complex audio system, the 'Audio Control Panel' can be used to directly control the volume, mute, and audio source switching of the audio system; When the villa owner decides to choose a professional and powerful audio system, our villa intelligent system generally communicates with the audio system host through the RS232 RS485 protocol, allowing for all the functions of the audio system itself: volume adjustment, muting, audio source (DVD/TV/radio/network, etc.) switching, fast forward, fast rewind, loop playback, etc

The control of security adopts various detectors and IP cameras to form a three-dimensional security network. The gas detectors located in the basement can send an alarm to the owner's mobile phone, iPAD, or email when they detect a high concentration of harmful gases such as CO2 in the basement. At the same time, they automatically open fresh air to reduce the concentration of harmful gases and ensure personal safety. The owner can choose to 'deploy' and 'disarm' outside through the dedicated software on their phone. It is also acceptable to automatically trigger and actively upload a video file in the 'armed' state due to a thief breaking in (the door magnetic sensor sends a signal when the door is broken, the glass breaking sensor sends a signal when the window is broken, and the dynamic and static sensors send a signal when entering the detection area). The owner can also view the monitoring images of various areas equipped with IP cameras in the home, as well as the status of doors and windows, lighting, air conditioning, household appliances, etc. through mobile software while away. You can lock the door again through your phone (if you forgot to lock it before).

The control of air conditioning is because villas generally use VRV air conditioning systems, with outdoor hosts and multiple indoor units. Outdoor hosts generally use frequency conversion, which can save energy when indoor units are running less. Outdoor hosts generally support RS485 communication and accept third-party RS485 control. They can use Micropara's dedicated VRV air conditioning interface module to communicate with the host of the VRV system through RS485 and call up all functions of the VRV air conditioning system itself: setting temperature, humidity, wind speed, switching air conditioning modes (cooling, heating, dehumidification, etc.), and checking temperature, humidity, wind speed, etc.

Visual intercom control, the outdoor unit of the villa supports passwords and IC cards, and the owner enters through the IC card or password. Visitors call the owner of the villa through the outdoor unit, and the video and audio of the visitors appear inside the visual intercom indoor unit. The owner can remotely open the door or forward signals to the community property. If a visitor's call is not answered for more than 1 minute, the system will automatically transmit the visitor's video and audio to the host's iPad or iPhone< br />
The case is as follows:
Hefei Evergrande Huafu Fine Decoration Apartment, with an area of 200 square meters, control requirements: lighting control, curtain control, Dajin VRV air conditioning control,
Local control panel controls lighting and curtains, iPAD/iPhone wireless control, gas leakage alarm, etc.

Case analysis:
Lighting - The dimming circuit of the lamp has 11 circuits, using 3 '4-circuit dimming track type modules'< br /> The lamp switch control circuit has 14 circuits, with 2 '8-circuit switch controlled track type modules'; Two spare circuits< br /> Curtains -5 curtain motors, requiring 10 switch control circuits and 1 '8-circuit switch control track module'< br /> There are also 2 switch control circuits that can utilize the additional 2 circuits of the light switch module< br /> Air conditioning - Using Dajin VRV air conditioning system, considering 6 Dajin indoor units. Therefore, it is necessary that the intelligent system of Micropara in the UK can also control the Dajin VRV air conditioning system. Micropara Control Limited in the UK has collaborated with Daikin to develop an interface module for the Daikin VRV air conditioning system, model MP-DAIKIN-I, which communicates with the network board on the Daikin VRV air conditioning host through an RS485 network cable. All functions of the Daikin VRV system can be called: selection of cooling and heating modes, wind speed, temperature settings, queries, etc; Each Dajin VRV system interface module MP-DAIKIN-I can support 3 indoor units and communicate with the RS485 network board DRCH-R4 on the Dajin VRV air conditioning host. When the owner purchases the Dajin VRV air conditioning, the network board (model: DRCH-R4, device name: Dajin air conditioning monitoring board, 1 monitoring board is required for every 3 indoor units) is required. This project requires 2 Dajin VRV system interface modules MP-DAIKIN-I< br /> IPAD wireless Wi Fi control - Micropara Control Limited in the UK has developed a dedicated iPAD remote control interface module, model MP-iPAD-I, which can support iPAD remote control of 'lighting, curtains, air conditioning, audio, security, visual intercom, etc.'; It can support both wireless control within a wireless local area network and true remote control through the Internet< br /> Gas leakage alarm - professional gas detectors are used to sound an alarm in case of gas leakage, and the output passive contact signal changes from normally open to closed< br /> When this passive contact signal is connected to the 'SMS alarm module' and changes from normally open to closed, the 'SMS alarm module' will automatically send the preset SMS to the designated phone number< br /> The control box is installed near the shoe cabinet on the right hand side of the entrance, and all lighting and network cables are connected to the control box, as shown in the above figure< br />
Equipment used:
